[Hackadelphia] Fill out projects on openhatch.org!

Hey, all. We're going to be using the excellent openhatch.org service to manage the mentoring aspect of our community (thanks, jedijf and paulproteus!). I've submitted http://openhatch.org/+projects/unnamed%20MUD and http://openhatch.org/+projects/promulger which I'm the lead (presently only.. both new projects) dev on.
