[html-formfu] Radiogroup with select fields instead of labels

Hey Folks,
I need to render a radiogroup element but have the option labels be
select fields, so for the radio option selected I also have to record
the select item selected.

I'm new to FormFu and am wondering what's the easiest way to do this.
