eep - how did you know I was back? ;)

I had 2 weeks of paternity leave, and extended it with another 2 weeks
of annual leave - quite a break!

Sounds good, but it looks like there's a new t/lib/MySchema/TwoNote.pm
file missing from the patch.
And t/lib/DBICTestLib.pm would also need updated to include the SQL
CREATE statement for it.

It's causing t/update/belongs_to_select.t to fail.

Once they're added, feel free to commit, or send the patch again.
