[html-formfu] Possible bug - Submit element when forms have errors

I went back to the documentation and took a look at this.  What if the 
'indicator' method were changed to accept an array in addition to a 
scalar.  That way, more than one Submit element could trigger the 
'submitted_and_valid' status.
