[html-formfu] Element labels - documentation suggestion

It's documented in lib/HTML/FormFu/Element/_Field.pm as that's where
the method is defined.

I hope to implement some sort of pod processor that will copy method
documentation into all sub-classes, without having to manually
duplicate the docs - but it's still in the to-do list.
