[html-formfu] Deprecation warning

Hi,

Thanks for pointing that out.
I've now fixed this in svn.
Because there's no mention of the new methods in DateTime::Locale's
Changes file, I've bumped our required version number to the latest,
to ensure nobody gets any errors.
I'll try and get a cpan release out today.
