[html-formfu] RFC: Catalyst::Model::FormFu

Sorry for the delayed reply. I recently changed country and job and haven't=
 had the time=A0to do any open source work. Since I will not be able to=A0p=
roperly=A0review your changes at least for another couple of weeks, I have =
given you co-maintainer status for Catalyst::Model::FormFu.
