Oh.  Hiding right in plain sight.  Granted, I was reading it impatiently,
but I would expect potential contributors to do likewise.

How about something like:

  Please send updates to
  <a href="mailto:webmaster at perl dot org?Subject=lists.perl.org updates">
  webmaster at perl dot org</a>.  Patches against <a href="data/lists.json">
  lists.json</a> (as `diff -u` unified diffs) are greatly appreciated.

Also, maybe have a "corrections?" link at the bottom of every generated
page (e.g. http://lists.perl.org/list/bioperl-l.html).
