[Perl-org-patches] learn.perl.org new tutorials patch

Hi all,

Here's a heads-up if anyone else is working with this at the moment.

I've just finished this integration and the new tutorials, all of which 
have been sent to Robert.

If you have any changes planned or comments/patches on these changes, 
please let me know and I'll be happy to work them in.

See the attached patch.  The additional files are in a tarball (new html 
and image files ala the learnperl.scratchcomputing.com content - it's 
available on request.)


A summary of changes:

  /index.html
    Updated to flow better and to provide better guidance for the new
    user.


  /tutorials/index.html
    Reorganized with Beginner, Intermediate, Special Topics, and Config
    sections.

    Removed several of the recently added links (detailed reasons in my
    previous post).


  /css/site.css
    Added a sidebar class and import the syntax-highlighting support
    from /css/style-code.css
