I'm not convinced this should be applied.

While having a nice set of perl5 v10 tutorials -somewhere- would be a good
thing, there's no consensus as yet as to whether learn.perl.org should
be primarily that.

And even if we -do- turn learn.perl.org into an on-site tutorials site,
we should probably do it by pulling information from a bunch of the
already existing tutorials out there as well as your stuff.

Eric, I'd love you to continue to host these for the moment and to send
in a patch to the existing site to link them in as "Eric's perl5 v10
tutorial set" or something - is learnperl.scratchcomputing where you plan
to keep them or would you rather set up a different home first?
