That's not the current markup convention. Get rid of them.

Adam Kennedy can come and complain on here if he has an opinion.

Link it in its current location, and do so further down.

The HTML for this should be done from scratch based on the learn. HTML.

The choices of links are just a set of choices of links.

If the perl-begin material is under a license with an obnoxious advertising
clause, we can't use it - you'll have to do submissions for perl.org from
scratch, or using only your own material unless you can get contributors
to re-license.
