We can rename /tutorials/ to /tutorial-links/ or similar.

Which is a nice start but completely useless until we have the tutorials
written and sorted out. Hence why we're going to improve the basic stuff
without making your tutorial work a critical path dependency. Consider it
"patching v1" versus "writing v2" or something :)
