[Redis] new release and planning for timeout option

Hi,

I just released Redis 1.966, which contains minor fixes, and test fixes
so that it works with Redis 2.8.

Next feture I want to look at is the timeout options. I'm trying to make
IO::Socket::Timeout work fine with select and setsockopt, but I'm having
issue to propose the same API for them. Anyway I should be able to fix
this soon, and release it. And next I'll come back to the redis protocol
parsing.
