[Xml-compile] XML::Compile::Cache 0.91

The last ones of today (I hope)
I forgot that the tests of XML::Compile::Cache also got broken
by recent XML::Compile changes...  This "Cache" module is the
base of the current SOAP implementations.

  Fixes:
    - cleanup of multiple hooks was broken.
    - do not use /bin/pwd in t/pod.t
    - fix tests wrt changes in XML::Compile 1.01

This also demonstrated a deep recursion in XML::Compile, which I
immediately fixed in release 1.02.
