[Xml-compile] Ports and SOAP 1.2

That will not help you: the SOAP12 messages use a different name-space
than the SOAP11 uses.  There are more changes, for instance in the
error handling.

Probably your WSDL is not correct, but I lack a check for that
mistake.  Can you sent me your WSDL?
