[Xml-compile] SOAP-RPC

During the install of some of your modules, I saw (very short) this warning
here:

Hm - I installed version XML::Compile 1.22 with XML-Compile-SOAP-2.24 (!!).

That leads to the question:
Will SOAP-RPC be supported in the future?
