[Xml-compile] parsing SOAP Faults

This is SOAP, so all I do is "load a WSDL", which doesn't speak about
the whole <fault> or <details> section at all.

I think I'd need to define an extra scheme for this - looking at the
docs, "$wsdl->importDefinitons(...)" should be what I need...  thanks
for the pointer, I'll report back when I have it working.
