[Catalyst] Class::DBI::Sweet LIMIT clause with placeholders

FYI, Tim Bunce seems to think that the LIMIT clause with placeholders
that Class::DBI::Sweet uses will no longer work with recent DBD::mysql
releases.  Is anyone else experiencing this?
