[Catalyst] New default screen for Catalyst.

I know when I first installed Catalyst I had a definite "ok what the 
hell now?" feeling. Digging through the manuals helped a little, 
examples on the wiki helped a lot, and I think this default page will 
get the job done much better than the previous model. Information 
overload should be avoided in something like a welcome page.
