[Catalyst] Is Catalyst large enough to sustain a book?

I agree with Nilson here.  If this is a book for new users then it has to
focus and show them how to do common tasks with commonly accepted modules.
A book that shows them how to use models with $that_ORM and views with
$that_viewer is far preferable to a book that says "your model/view goes
here -- good luck."
