Very good tutorial on using Catalyst with Subversion, and great idea
to use something like the system clock as a model. Really shows
Catalyst's flexibility.

Of course, you must've expected this from me or Octavian: for a
*Catalyst* tutorial, SVN is off-topic. If the examples are rewritten
so they can be cut&pasted and server_cheer.pl runs, I think we have
the basic tutorial we're aiming for.
