I agree that something is wrong. If you hit 'catalyst' on search.cpan,
you find yourself at 'catalyst-runtime' namespace. You click the up
link to c::r, there is a link at the bottom to catalyst::manual, which
is sparse. the real documentation is at catalyst::manual::tutorial. It
comes across as almost deliberately perverse.
