[Catalyst] Catalyst::Manual::Tutorial - "Configuring" problem

I think it must be you.  Look at the reference version of the tutorial on
the wiki
http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/attachment/wiki/WikiStart/tutorial.tar.gz to
see where you are going wrong.
