That's they're problem. These people can manually select it in the
session to override that header.

Please don't.

Geography != language.

Some countries have many languages. Sometimes geo-ip databases get
it wrong. Sometimes the user lives in a foreign contry but has set
the language otherwise.

I hate google for popping up in hebrew and making me reselect
english every time i switch computer.

On the other hand most browsers copy the accept-language header from
the locale preference list of the OS, so the native language of
their programs is also the native language of the multilingual
websites they visit.
