[Catalyst] I cannot install Catalyst::Model::CDBI

I Have A Thought.

That says vpp. I bet when version.pm got installed it couldn't find the
compiler so the XS version didn't get built. Try force install on it at
the CPAN shell and make sure it builds the XS version this time.
