[Catalyst] I cannot install Catalyst::Model::CDBI

That was it.. 
Version was not configuring the right version because gcc was not in
the PATH.
Following Matt's instructions I "looked" from the CPAN shell and from 
the shell I configured the right PATH and then I compiled everything
by hand. That worked. From there it was a matter of installing the
rest of the modules following the same procedure.
