It’s not some kind of presentation-as-images sludge; it’s a
one-slide-per-page presentation, which you can navigate using
access keys ([p] for previous slide, [n] for next slide). From
what I see you shouldn’t have trouble reading it.

(Although I guess loading another new page and having to orient
yourself on it every one or two sentences is probably harder on a
blind user than a sighted one, who can just left-click rapidly to
skim through.)
