[Catalyst] Catalyst site design drafts feedback thread

Just one idea - how about using some CSS framework?  This way we can
get some nice colour and layout with minimal effort.  There is a
discussion at http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=218597 about CSS
frameworks.
