Well some kind of print on demand service would seem to fit the bill  
here.  Your problem is basically that to get an someone who can write  
who also has considerable technical expertise to pony up their time,  
you're going to have to find an advance to pay them (probably via a  
payment on delivery arrangement).  I'm guessing that a reasonable  
advance is in the €5-10k mark to ensure that you pay out enough of  
the author's time.
