We are going to organise that for you, in fact I have bcc'd the original 
member who proposed the document bounty and would ask if he could 
respond in this email thread (everybody hit reply to all and then this 
message will appear in the appropriate mailing list :) ). With luck 
Perigrin will approve any mail that gets bounced as it is a members-only 
list.
